Aggie details

Since Aggie has been here a little while now I thought I would let everyone know more of the important details about her.

She seems to be completely blind, but this is my first time dealing with a blind dog. She's pretty darn normal to me! Within a day she had the house mapped out and knew where everything is. She will sometimes bump into thing in the yard, but quickly will reroute around them. Aggie is a cheerful little pup that doesn't act much like a small dog. She's pretty quiet, not much barking at all. She doe snort sniffle and make other endearing noises. She would be perfect for apartment living since she's so quiet.

Aggie seems a little defensive when meeting other dogs and takes about a week to settle down and get to know them. She would probably be fine living with other non pushy dogs or by herself. She completely doesn't notice the cats, so she would do well with them too. Loves her toys and has moved onto destroying a few squeakers. She has so much fun I don't have the heart to take them away from her. I'll just keep buying cheap toys that won't matter if they get destroyed.

She gets cold easily but loves taking walks and exploring. She is perfectly housebroken. Pees as soon as she finds grass. Goes very easily on a leash so would be fine without a yard. I've been leaving her loose at night and she snores away on a dog bed. No accidents int he middle of the night at all. She has been crated during the work day and has no problem going 9 hours holding her pee in there. She doesn't seem particularly rushed to get outside as soon as I get home either. Not many small dogs have zero trouble holding it for a whole workday!

Aggie is perfectly behaved for bath time and for getting her nails trimmed. I was just able to dremel them with the large loud dremel that I use for giant dogs and she didn't even bat an eye. Takes pills and supplements very easily in a peanut butter spoon. She has no fear of the vacuum. Doesn't beg for food while your eating. Does like to dance around in the kitchen to 'help' cook, which is pretty darn cute!

She is probably the easiest Boston Terrier that I've ever met! If your interested in meeting Miss Aggie and in the northern Delaware area, just let me know and we can set up a date to meet somewhere. Aggie loves to give kisses! If your not in the area and interested in adopting Miss Aggie, we would love for you to fill out an application here

Freedom!

Miss Aggie has been so well behaved that she has earned herself freedom at night. She now has the whole lower level of the house to roam around and play with her stuffies at night. Living room,  kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. She hasn't put a single paw wrong the whole time she been here.

Tonight is night #2 of her new freedom. She's sacked out on a cushy dog bed listening to County music. The cd player broke so I can't play the lullaby cd for her until I buy a new one.

Aggie is such a well behaved little dog. I hope she finds her forever home quickly. She deserves her own human to snuggle with.

and more TOYS

This is what you should do with a toybox full of toys

Good food here!

Here at my foster home they don't feed kibble! At first I thought I was going to starve to death... but then they gave me some chicken and tilapia for dinner. Yum! Surf and Turf for puppies!

Num Num Num stuffies!

I love my toys so much! Here I am chewing on the rope part of my stuffy. I'm flossing those teeth!

I love Peanut Butter!

Here's a video of me eating my Peanut Butter spoon!

My face looks dirty, but it's only the flash on the video camera. Foster Mommy would never let my face look that dirty!

I had a vacation!

This weekend my Foster family went away so I got to go on vacation up in Lancaster Pa! There were three other doggies up there and I'm a little nervous around strange dogs until I know them for a long time.

So I spend my Saturday cuddling in a chair watching tv with a very nice lady. What a perfect vacation!
My eyes are also looking less red. My eye doctors appointment is in a couple weeks.

Here are some pics of me playing with the toys when we got back home today.

Will my forever family have vacations?

Sleepy

It's been 4 days in my foster home. I'm so tired from playing with all the toys...

I'm brave!

Hi! Aggie here! For the very first time this morning I was brave enough to stay outside by myself to do my morning business. I had to much sniffings to do and Foster Mom had to go back her lunch. She left me all alone! Normally I would go to the door and try to paw my way in. Not this morning.... I stayed out in the yard and did all my business like a good pup.

Then my lullaby music broke! But I got to listen to country music while everyone was at work today. Tomorrow is Turkey day, think I'll get some Turkey?  Well my forever home have Turkey? I really hope so!

Torture!

My foster mommy just gave me a bath! I liked the way I smelled. She also is washing all my crate blankies. She promised not to take a picture of me embarrassed in the tub...

Then she took me to the doctor! This doctor wasn't scary though. She was very nice. I thought she was trying to look at my eyes but she was just looking at my toofers. She said my eyes hurt a whole lot. Gave Foster Mommy a new prescription for eye drops to help me feel better until I get to the eye doctor in December.

My toofers are really good! The doctor said I wasn't fat (she's the best doctor ever!) I have a really good shiny coat. Perfect sounding lungs and a nice strong heart. I certainly don't act my age! I do have 4 little growths, but the doctor said unless they start bothering me or get bigger we don't have to worry about them!

Phew it was an exhausting day! Time to nap.

Eye drops

I do not like my eye drops! Foster Mommy is mean! I'm going to pout here and sleep until she learns her lesson. Might take a while. These humans can be stubborn.

Brrrrr

I need a coat! It's too cold up here. Good thing I love snuggling under blankies

Kids are fun

Foster Mommy was making breakfast for the humans. Too boring!

So the two kids took me to go play with TOYS!!!

Best morning ever! I got to play for over an hour...
